I would love to have these cards. It would make life so much simpilar. I frequent many establishments where the content of the food my have hidden glutens and the waitstaff is not always forthcoming. If the actual chef could view the cards, that would be wonderful and I would not second guess myself later when I obsess about how I presented my food restrictions.

I would love to have cards like those. I feel like Meg Ryan ordering an apple pie (in When Harry Met Sally) when I am at a restaurant. It would be easier to just hand the server a card.

Allergy: Peanut/Tree Nut (plus a few others)
Why: As a new PA/TN allergy mom, I'm looking for anything that can make eating out with my son a little less stressful and intimidating. Being able to hand a card over for the chef to see would ease some of my worries of eating out.

I would be interested in the Peanut allergy set. I am somewhat embarrassed to bring up my son’s allergies at every new place we go. It would be so much simpler and quicker to slip a waiter a card then having to go through the whole “peanut free” spill with them. Thanks!

My friend is highly allergic to peanuts, tree nuts and soy. This would be a great present for her to be able to go out to eat and not have to stress as much.

I went to Disneyworld in 2006 and had gone with my friend, her husband, and daughter. Her husband is allergic to tree nuts and we had dinner together at the princess character dinner at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. He had mentioned to the waitress that he had an allergy and the chef personally came out and assured him that the meal will be safe to eat! Disney certainly does make sure their guests are well accommodated. Have a fun trip!

I'd love to have a peanut allergy card for my anaphylactic 6-year-old son!
      Thanks!

I desperately need a Gluten allergy card, it's hard as heck to quickly explain to a restraunt what it means to need gluten free food.

I would love to have them for my son who has a peanut allergy. he's almost 6 and just experienced his first severe reaction.this would be helpful!

I have an intolerance to allium species (onion, garlic, shallots, leeks, chives). I often manage to forget to mention one (last night it was leeks!) or the waiters forget the full list. So, I can imagine these cards would be really helpful.

      weiteren Austausch freuen.

I have two children with severe nut allergies. Recently returned from Germany (Mum lives there) & france and found it very difficulty explaining the allergy and what could happen if they eat it or touch peanuts/nuts as I am not fluent in these languages. Especially just buying a breadroll from the bakery where there just seems to be so many different nuts being used. Having these cards in either German or French would be such a help & relief knowning that the person understands the problem.
