Food Allergens – International Regulatory Chart

It’s been ages since we’ve had any new content but I just needed to share this link.
The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Food Allergy Research and Resource Program (FARRP) has amassed an amazing database of international allergen regulations. This tool has been built to easily find what countries have regulation in place to display a host of allergens on their packaging.
Choose an allergen and it will hi-lite the countries who list this ingredient.
Or check the list to see all the allergens in one easy view.
Whichever tool you use, this is a wonderful resource when planning a trip. As always, though, be sure to call companies, or speak to servers any time you are in a new country. Think of this as merely a starting point.
